Dear D.A.M.-fishermen

In the past two years the D.A.M. had to go through a fairly hard time which has put many of our customers, suppliers and also fishermen to a hard test. Anyhow we would have appreciated to avoid such a simply unbelievable situation for all of us. Nevertheless after a long period of hoping and struggeling, after numerous attempts and negotiations we, a group of long term D.A.M. export customers, have succeeded in building up the D.A.M. again and so already since September 2002 there exists the

D.A.M. - Neue Deutsche Angelgeräte Manufaktur Int. GmbH !

Especially that every restart requires a careful planing as well as a large number of preparations, we were of course not able to continue right at the point where the old D.A.M. has once ended up in "good times" and we kindly ask for your understanding regarding this fact. This has also been the reason why we were not able to cover immediately all former markets of the old D.A.M. .

The more we are now proud of being able to offer our new products again to the german, austrian and swiss fishermen from March 2004 on as well as forcing the reentry into all other western european markets. This has been made possible by gaining another strong partner and shareholder due to whose support we will try to regain our former leading position among the fishing tackle suppliers as quick as possible.

Therefore we will start to present you our completely new programme on our website in spring 2004 and a little bit later also our new catalogue will be available in the retail shops. Moreover we would like to inform you that already since beginning of this year there is again a full repair and spare part service available. Hereby we hope to have set a clear signal for all our convinced D.A.M.-customers and fans which is attractive enough to rely again on our prooven and innovative D.A.M.-products in the future.
